What is a Corporate Change Agent?

As businesses continue to evolve, the need for individuals who can drive change within organizations is increasingly important. A corporate change agent is someone who is skilled in driving change initiatives within a company. At the Council for Corporate Transformation, we offer certificate training programs for individuals who would like to develop in this area.

How do I become a Certified Corporate Change Agent?

To become a Certified Corporate Change Agent, there are three simple steps to follow:

Step 1: Select your area of focus…

We offer training programs in six key areas of focus: corporate culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion, leadership, digital transformation, corporate social responsibility, or environment, social, and governance. Choose an area that aligns with your interests and career goals. Learn more…

Step 2: Select your program…

Once you have selected an area of focus, choose a program option. We offer a 3 month (12-week) General Certification program for each area of focus, which is self-guided and designed to provide a solid foundation of knowledge. For those who desire a more in-depth training experience, we offer a 6 month (24-week) Advanced Certification program which includes more personalized coaching sessions and in-depth content. Step 3: Submit your program application…

The final step is to submit your program application. Application fees are waived for individuals who are already members of the Council for Corporate Transformation. The application process includes an application where you can indicate your desire and goals for wanting to be trained in the area, and an interview with a program manager to ensure student and program-fit. What are the certification program options?

General Corporate Change Agent Certification Program

The Corporate Change Agent General Certification Program is a 12-week, self-guided, training program and online community dedicated to helping you expand your strategic leadership skills and influence to transform a workplace in the area of selected focus.

Application Fee:

$150 (Application fee is waived for Council for Corporate Transformation members. Click here to join.)

Program Fees:

$1,495 (one-time) or
$897 (x2 monthly payments)

Advanced Corporate Change Agent Certification Program

The Corporate Change Agent Advanced Certification Program is a 6 month (24-week) intensive coaching program and online community dedicated to helping you expand your strategic leadership skills and influence to transform a workplace in the area of selected focus.
