The Council for Corporate Transformation is an online community of business leaders who are leading teams through transformational change. Step 1: Submit Your Member Application
The application period is now open for our inaugural cohort of the Council for Corporate Transformation. Applications are being reviewed on a rolling basis, and the inaugural cohort is limited to 100 Corporate Leaders. We are looking for Executives, HR Professionals, Managers and other leaders who are interested in at least 1 of the 6 featured transformational areas.

Step 2: Join The Community
Once your application is reviewed and accepted, you will receive an invite to join our private, online community. In this community you will have access to Industry Townhall, best practice research, case studies, private small group discussions and more.
Step 3: Lead Your Team
Utilize trainings and resources shared within our private, online community to help you inspire and more effectively lead your team. Develop deeper authentic relationships with employees and quickly achieve positive business outcomes using proven, best practice strategies.
Step 4: Leverage the Council
Change does not happen over night. Push back and challenges will make you feel like you are the only one who understands the vision and need for change. In our community, our Members serve as external support and accountability partners to each other.
